Production Details Cask 2529. Vines are 15–45 years old and the reported yield is approximately 40 hl/ha. The fruit was entirely selectively hand-harvested, with the product page specifying several picking passes, then gently pressed and matured in large oak casks. Maturation comprised at least 6 months on the whole lees followed by a further 2 months on fine lees. Producer release was scheduled for September 2026.
