Production Details Fass-Nr. 2528. Vines are 25–50 years old and the approximate yield is 40 hl/ha. The grapes undergo 100% selective hand harvesting in multiple passes and gentle pressing. Fermentation and maturation use stainless steel and traditional large oak casks. Maturation includes at least six months on full lees followed by two months on fine lees. Release begins in September 2026.
