Production Details Fruit from old Burgundian-variety parcels in Oberhausen was hand harvested, gently whole-cluster pressed, fermented first in an old Doppelstück cask, and given its second fermentation in bottle in the spring after harvest by the traditional method. The wine then spent 3.5 years on lees in the estate cellar before manual riddling and disgorgement.
