The fruit was 100% selectively hand-harvested; Weißburgunder and Grauburgunder were harvested together, pressed together and co-fermented. Fermentation and approximately six months of maturation took place in a traditional 2,400-liter German oak Doppelstück. Only one barrel of this cuvée is made each year.
