Production Details Fass-Nr. 2549. The wine was made from 100% selective hand harvesting of highly ripe berries, including botrytis-affected fruit. The vines are up to 70 years old and the approximate yield was 10 hl/ha. After gentle basket pressing, the wine was fermented and matured in stainless steel.
Tasting Notes Intense and complex, with ripe stone fruit, citrus, candied fruit and slate notes; dense and concentrated yet precise and elegant, with crystalline, salty acidity and a long, complex finish.
