The sheet's specification says vines up to 70 years old, while its descriptive text and the official product page say up to 75 years; this producer-internal discrepancy is unresolved. The Auslese was selected berry by berry from highly ripe fruit intended for the Spätlese, and maturation followed fermentation in stainless steel.
