Production Details Lot 2541. Vines are 15–35 years old; reported yield is approximately 45 hl/ha; harvest was 100% selective and by hand. The official 2025 sheet is internally inconsistent about vessels: its summary states fermentation and maturation in large wooden casks and stainless steel, while its later prose—and the producer product page—states that fermentation and maturation occur in several small stainless-steel vessels.
Tasting Notes Fruity and elegant, with herbal-spicy aromas, racy acidity and piquant fruit sweetness; honeysuckle, peach, orange zest, blossom and a stony finish.
