Production Details Fruit came from high-quality Wachenheim parcels made available through Dr. Bürklin-Wolf. Bürklin-Wolf's team performed the summer vineyard work; Dönnhoff's team harvested the grapes and vinified them in Oberhausen. The producer reports an approximate yield of 45 hl/ha, 100% selective hand harvest, and fermentation and maturation in traditional wooden casks and stainless steel.
