Production Details Cask 2529. Fruit was obtained through 100% selective hand harvesting in several passes and gently pressed. The wine matured in large oak casks for at least six months on gross lees followed by another two months on fine lees. The vines are stated to be 15–45 years old and the approximate yield 40 hl/ha. Producer release was scheduled from September 2026.
Tasting Notes Powerful and spicy yet delicate and elegant, with ripe fruit, fine tannins, crystalline acidity, persistent salinity and an intense but weightless finish.

Production Details Barrel 1878. The wine came from a historic steep terraced vineyard protected by surrounding cliffs. Vines were stated to be 15–30 years old, the approximate yield was 40 hl/ha, and harvest was 100% selective and manual. The site permitted an exceptionally long grape hang-time.
Tasting Notes Lithe and playful, with pronounced spice and depth.
