Production Details Approximate yield was 40 hl/ha. The fruit was harvested entirely by selective hand picking, including multiple passes, then gently pressed. Fermentation and maturation used stainless steel and traditional oak casks; the producer additionally describes large-oak-cask maturation followed by at least six months on full lees and another two months on fine lees. Release begins in September 2026.
