Production Details Fass-Nr. 2526. Approximately 40 hl/ha. The grapes were selectively hand-harvested in several passes and gently pressed. Fermentation and maturation used large oak barrels and stainless steel. The wine matured for at least six months on full lees followed by a further two months on fine lees; these lower-bound durations are retained as text rather than converted to exact days.
