Production Details Dry wine from small, fully ripened berries grown on vines up to 120 years old in very steep slate sites. Near-natural cultivation, crop reduction and late selective hand harvesting were followed by spontaneous fermentation and artisanal maturation in stainless steel for 6-7 months.
Tasting Notes Producer description: dense, deep and silky, with nearly saline minerality, pineapple, ripe red grapefruit and delicate orange. Meiningers notes slate spice, citrus zest, blackcurrant wood and Darjeeling; Yves Beck notes stone fruit, citrus, herbs, freshness, precision and a racy, persistent finish.
