Production Details Matured for 8 months in stainless-steel tank and wooden barrel. Viticulture was near-natural with crop reduction and a late selective hand harvest; the wine was spontaneously fermented, given a long artisanal maturation and made without fining agents. The stated style is feinherb.
Tasting Notes Creamy and delicately ripe-fruited, combining earthy red-slate minerality with ripe yellow fruit; light, classic and velvety-soft.
