Tasting Notes Producer description: pale gold with green highlights; cool, fine minerality, light smoke, stone fruit, passion fruit, floral and full yeasty aromas; balanced texture, marked sweetness, racy acidity and a long, lively finish. Yves Beck's 2019 review adds citrus, spice and mineral notes, a juicy-fruity opening, slight spritz and a fruity finish.
