Production Details For 2011 AP #31, the producer reports two years of maturation in stainless steel, near-natural cultivation, yield reduction, late selective harvesting by hand, spontaneous fermentation, long maturation and artisanal production without fining agents.
Tasting Notes AP #31, reviewed by Stephan Reinhardt for The Wine Advocate in 2018: pure stone fruit, fine botrytis aromas, honey and delicate slate spice; viscous, piquant, pure and fresh, with crystalline acidity, weightless elegance and an intense finish. AP #32, presented by the producer with Robert Parker’s April 2018 review: white and yellow peach, intense concentration, voluptuous texture, flowing minerality and a pure, fresh finish.
