Production Details The fruit was picked at 80° Oechsle and fermented to a fully fruity Kabinett style with 55 g/L residual sugar. The release was presented as Fass/N°87 “Special Edition”; a reproduced importer note describes nearly 10 g of acidity but supplies neither an exact value nor its analytical basis, so no total-acidity claim is proposed.
Tasting Notes Smoky and restrained, with white flowers, herbs, anise, mint, ground spices, pear, peach, and apple; fruity and aromatic, finishing with zesty freshness.
