Production Details Strict selection during harvest produced healthy, fully ripe fruit. Spontaneous fermentation on the skins lasted 3½ weeks, followed by careful maturation in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Wine Advocate, tasted at the estate in August 2024 from AP 156 23: ripe cherry with vegetal, slightly toasty and slatey notes; round, juicy and full-bodied, with fine spicy tannins and an intense, powerful finish.
