Production Details The Graacher Himmelreich Pinot Noir parcel covers 0.3 ha and was planted in 1987. Meticulous vineyard work and stringent harvest selection produced healthy, fully ripe grapes. Clusters were almost completely destemmed, then macerated and spontaneously fermented for 4–6 weeks. Following gentle basket pressing, the wine matured for 18–24 months in French barriques.
