Production Details The Scharzhofberg parcel is situated at 190–310 m elevation on a 30–55% gradient. For this 2023 release, 100% healthy grapes were gently milled and briefly macerated on their aromatic, mineral-rich skins. The must fermented slowly and cool through spontaneous fermentation, followed by gentle maturation in stainless steel and a long period on the fine lees.
