Production Details Kinheimer Rosenberg encompasses 63 hectares. For the 2016 release, 100% healthy grapes harvested in October were gently crushed and briefly macerated on their skins. The must fermented slowly and spontaneously at low temperature, followed by extended maturation on the lees in a stainless-steel tank.
