Production Details Only healthy grapes were gently crushed and briefly macerated on their aroma- and mineral-rich skins. The must underwent slow, cool spontaneous fermentation, followed by gentle maturation in stainless steel with extended fine-lees contact.
Tasting Notes Stephan Reinhardt described an intense, concentrated and fruit-elegant nose with generous ripeness and precision; the palate was complex, taut, concentrated, structured and astringent, with tension and grip on the finish.
