Production Details The grapes were harvested at the end of October and rigorously hand-sorted. Fully ripe berries were gently crushed and briefly macerated on their skins. The must fermented slowly and spontaneously at low temperature, followed by an extended stay on the lees in stainless steel tank.
Tasting Notes Mosel Fine Wines described candied citrus, almond cream, anise, pineapple, smoke and fine spices, with creamy and honeyed elements, citrus fruit, and a spicy, focused, racy finish.
