Production Details Fully ripe, hand-selected grapes were gently crushed and briefly macerated on their berry skins. The must was fermented slowly and at a cool temperature through spontaneous fermentation, followed by gentle maturation and a long period on the lees.
Tasting Notes Precise and fresh yet intense and elegant; concentrated citrus fruit and fine pastry notes; round, charming, sweet and juicy palate with richness, delicate acidity, subtle salinity and a persistent finish.
Food Pairing Sweet desserts, very spicy or salty dishes, blue cheese, crème brûlée, tarte Tatin, apple strudel and other fruit-based dishes.
