These were milled, macerated with their skins, gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in a small vessel whose material is not specified.
Tasting Notes Golden color; precise, fresh and concentrated lemon-scented bouquet with ripe stone-fruit and fine raisin aromas; intense and fresh palate with saline structure, notable finesse, piquancy and persistent salinity
Food Pairing Desserts, including creamy tiramisu, cream cakes and fresh strawberries
