Production Details The wine was made from 100% healthy fruit that was gently crushed and briefly macerated on the skins. The must underwent a slow, cool spontaneous fermentation, followed by gentle maturation in stainless-steel tanks and a long, unspecified period on the lees.
Tasting Notes Stephan Reinhardt’s July 2022 Wine Advocate note describes a reductive, untamed yet clear and fascinating nose; a lush, round, fairly sweet and mouth-filling palate; texture and length; and good grip on the finish.
