Production Details Producer-designated off-dry (feinherb). The grapes were harvested at the end of October and strictly sorted by hand; 100% healthy fruit was gently crushed and briefly macerated on the skins. The must fermented slowly, spontaneously and at low temperature. The wine was then matured gently in stainless steel tank with extended fine-lees contact and was estate bottled.
