The must fermented slowly and naturally at low temperature, followed by extended lees maturation in wooden barrels. The importer says estate farming is organic but names no certification body.
Tasting Notes S. Reinhardt describes the AP 68 release as clear, stony and flinty, precise and fresh, with lush fruit, silky texture, crystalline balance, salinity, elegance and complexity.
