Production Details Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, extended lees aging. Handcrafted viticulture on steep terraces (Terrassenmosel). Organic farming practices: no chemical herbicides since 2012, no fertilizer. Selective harvesting with zero tolerance for rot. 2023 was challenging with rain pressure in September requiring very selective picking. Average yield just over 20 hl/ha.
