Production Details The 2024 wine was Joh. Jos. Prüm's first Graacher Domprobst release, and only Auslese was produced. The grapes were reported as hand-harvested. Parcel information conflicts: Bibendum describes a couple of parcels totaling about 0.45 ha, acquired through the Dr. F. Weins Prüm estate, whereas Field Blend describes a 0.3-ha parcel acquired from S.A. Prüm and undergoing organic conversion. A specialist retailer describes the broader vineyard—not necessarily the exact estate parcel—as approximately 110–260 m elevation with gradients of 45–70%.
