Production Details AP 12 (code 12 20), released through the estate's regular channels rather than the auction. It was made from dried berries harvested at an unusually high must weight and fermented to fully noble-sweet residual-sugar levels. The producer reports that the small proportion of botrytised berries was exceptionally concentrated.
Tasting Notes Bright yellow; initially subtle and backward, with grapefruit purée, cassis, almond cream, pineapple, coconut, apricot and floral notes; initially very sweet, then enlivened by juicy acidity, with a sweet but balanced, lively and finely textured finish.
