Production Details Healthy grapes from the best parcels are hand-picked and selected, spontaneously fermented in old Fuder casks, and matured for 24 months on the full lees without racking; the page also describes this period as without filtration or fining. The producer recommends serving at 8–11°C. Its bottle-aging statements conflict internally: one section says 48 months before release, while another says 24 months, so no exact bottle-aging value is proposed.

Production Details Hand-selected millerandage grapes from fine parcels of very old, ungrafted vines were naturally fermented and matured for 24 months on full lees in traditional Mosel Fuder casks. Bottle-aging information is irreconcilable across the importer materials: the 2018 sheet's body says a further 24 months, its summary banner says 48 months, and the importer wine page says 36 months. No exact bottle-aging value is proposed. A specialist vendor recommends serving at 10–12°C.
Tasting Notes James Suckling: monumental power and concentration with finesse, mango and a very long mineral finish. Wine Advocate: ripe mango, red-slate, smoke and herbal aromas; rich, refined and crystalline, with a slightly bitter and sweetish finish.
