Production Details Sustainably grown under strict German environmental regulations. The Eiswein method described for this release reserves selected plots for a natural freeze of at least −8°C; the frozen grapes are picked before dawn and pressed while frozen. The sheet contains an unresolved source conflict over whether the parcels were in Erden and Ürzig or in Bernkastel, Graach, and Wehlen.
Tasting Notes Wine & Spirits (March 2024): tangy peach-vinaigrette character with white-chocolate-dipped raspberry. Wine Enthusiast (May 2024): pure, succulent, full-bodied and very sweet, with spicy, zingy acidity, harmony and length.
