Production Details Perfectly healthy fruit from the best parcels of very old, ungrafted vines is harvested and rigorously selected by hand, spontaneously fermented in old traditional Fuder oak casks, and matured for 24 months on full lees without racking, filtration or fining. The wine-specific copy specifies a further 48 months of bottle aging, but the generic GG Réserve section on the same page and the official collection's 2019 package text specify 24 months; no single bottle-aging duration is therefore asserted. Recommended serving temperature is 8–11°C.
Tasting Notes Citrus, white peach, floral notes of chamomile and hay flowers, and delicate herbal notes
Food Pairing Grilled fish; seafood with citrus; cheese; lightly spiced Asian dishes

Production Details The Im Laychen parcel comprises ungrafted vines stated by the specialist vendor to be at least 130 years old; the distributor sheet calls them 130-year-old vines. Meticulously selected, hand-picked fruit is gently pressed, naturally or wild-yeast fermented in traditional neutral-oak Fuder casks, and matured for 24 months on gross/full lees. Bottle maturation is not normalized: the distributor sheet's narrative says three further years, its summary says another four years, and the specialist vendor states 36 months.
Tasting Notes Precise, delicate and elegant, with ripe red apple, quince, Williams pear, citrus and white peach
