Production Details The wine was tasted as an unfinished cask sample. It had fermented for almost two years, remained cloudy and had not yet been filtered; projected finished alcohol was approximately 6%.
Tasting Notes Cask sample: cloudy orange-amber; candied orange peel, dried mango and fresh apricot with honey; very thick and viscous, with honey, exotic wood, dried mango, candied orange peel, baked apple, burnt orange peel, strong acidity and a faint powdery texture.
