Tasting Notes Dried fruits, almond cream, raisin, baked pineapple, coconut and earthy spices; massively oily and sweet, with licorice, honey, apricot and pear purée; highly concentrated yet precise and finely balanced.

Production Details Biodynamic certified estate. Made from botrytis-affected grapes from the Marienburg vineyard. Spontaneous fermentation in traditional neutral oak fuder barrels. Extremely rare dessert wine produced only in exceptional vintages with ideal noble rot conditions.
