Production Details Spontaneously fermented and matured in a large wooden cask, then held briefly in stainless steel before bottling at the end of April. A separate vendor specification recommends serving at 9–10 °C and lists acidity as 5.8 without displaying an acidity unit, so that figure is not mapped to total_acidity_gl. Botrytis status is disputed within the Gute-Weine page: Lobenberg describes a very small proportion, while its quoted Galloni review says the wine was made without botrytis.
