Production Details Spontaneously fermented in 1000-liter Fuder barrels. Fermentation often takes 8-10 months with wines spending a full year or more in barrel before bottling. Grapes hand-selected from 100 year-old un-grafted vines on extremely steep, terraced south-facing slopes in the Fahrlay sector of Marienburg vineyard. Minimal intervention winemaking with no additives except low dose of sulfur at bottling.
