Production Details Made from partially (10%) botrytized fruit picked at 108° Oechsle, fermented spontaneously in traditional Fuder barrels, fermented down to noble-sweet levels of residual sugar. Fermentation stopped at 7-8% alcohol. From 80+ year old vines trained on single stakes on weathered red clay slate.
