Production Details The wine comes from the producer's single Casteller Kirchberg parcel, planted in 1958. Grapes are harvested manually in small bins; white juice is settled overnight before fermentation and maturation in used wooden casks. Only small amounts of sulfur are added immediately before bottling.

Production Details Whole clusters were pressed without maceration or crushing and transferred directly to old or neutral barrels. The wine was topped up but not sulfured in barrel, normally racked once, and bottled unfined and unfiltered with a lower SO2 addition.
Tasting Notes Pale yellow; herbal aromas of cut flower stems, anise, menthol, lemon thyme and mint; concentrated and intensely mineral, textured, powerful, elegant and refreshing.
