Production Details The product page states that the estate's musts are fermented through and its young wines receive extended lees maturation; for this wine, carefully harvested Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris were matured in barriques, approximately 30% of them new.
Tasting Notes Slightly reductive, with fresh stone fruit, citrus, herbal and floral notes and flint; juicy and firmly acidic, with mineral grip and a long, saline citrus-and-herb finish.
