Production Details The retailer specification describes up to 16 months in barrique, extended lees maturation, approximately 35 hl/ha yield, vines over 30 years old, and service at 12–14°C. Its reproduced Stephan Reinhardt note says the wine was vinified in 228-liter barrels over two winters.
Tasting Notes Stephan Reinhardt, tasting at the domaine in November 2023: concentrated ripe fruit, weathered limestone, saline tension, reductive character and firm tannins.
