Production Details Biodynamically farmed fruit from different estate parcels and terroirs was harvested by hand. The three varieties were vinified separately without inputs, blended after fermentation, and matured for 12 months in barrels without new wood. A micro-dose of sulfur was added before estate bottling; bottle format was 75 cl.
Tasting Notes Lemon zest, honeysuckle and a light toasted note; freshness and salinity from Petite Arvine, breadth from Sylvaner, fine bitterness from Marsanne; complex and harmonious with a long finish.
