Production Details Fruit came from selected Pinot Noir plots in Central Valais and underwent a long cold maceration. The wine was divided between vat maturation and 400-litre barrels. The document conflicts internally on barrel duration: its narrative says one year, while its characteristics table says six months; the duration is therefore unresolved.
Tasting Notes Elegant and fresh; complex, intense nose; red berries, blackcurrant and raspberry; liquorice, clove and star anise; velvety, supple palate with a light woody finish.
