Tasting Notes Falstaff tasting of 20 February 2026 by Dominik Vombach and Benjamin Herzog: plum, black cherry, light and dried berries, toasted nuances; elegant and cool on the palate, with fine tannins, well-integrated acidity, a long dark-fruited and roasted finish, and a peppery close. Their 14 February 2025 tasting described plum, cherry, strawberry, roasted notes and flint, followed by a balanced, elegant palate with silky tannins and a long roasted finish.
