Production Details Traditional-method sparkling wine, hand riddled and disgorged, with wild primary fermentation. Ten percent was barrel aged for 8 months, followed by 42 months on lees. Production was 400 cases.
Tasting Notes Crisp green apple, lemon zest, brioche, toasted almond and white flowers on the nose; ripe pear, red berries and subtle minerality on the palate, with fine persistent bubbles, bright acidity, a creamy finish, citrus and hazelnut.
