Production Details Ideal spring conditions produced excellent fruit set and balanced canopies. A warm summer moderated by cool nights preceded a swift harvest; other varieties were picked in March.
Tasting Notes Bright yellow-gold with green flecks; white florals, apricot, white stone fruit and candied ginger; white peach, quince, orange blossom, waxy lanolin-like texture, lively acidity and a spiced lingering finish.
