Production Details Fruit was drawn from nine selected vineyard blocks and five varieties; it was hand-picked, sorted and destemmed into small fermenters. Cabernet Sauvignon berries were lightly crushed, while Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot underwent whole-berry fermentation. The wine was hand-plunged during fermentation.
Tasting Notes Perfumed violets, freshly picked herbs, boysenberry, leafy lift, aniseed spice, berry-bright acidity, fine structural tannins and a hint of oak; medium-bodied, fresh, balanced and long.
