Production Details Fruit was 100% hand-picked and hand-sorted in the vineyard. Parcels followed either semi-carbonic 100% whole-bunch fermentation or destemmed whole-berry fermentation; the finished 2025 blend contained 32% whole bunches. Cap management used gravity drain-and-returns for gentle extraction.
