Production Details Hand-picked. One MV6 block was fermented as whole bunches; remaining clones were destemmed to whole berries and cold-soaked for four days before wild fermentation. Final blend was 15% whole-bunch fermented. Bottled by gravity on 14 January 2026.
Tasting Notes Forest fruits, red berries, mulberry, freshly turned earth, red bean miso, Chinese five spice, XO sauce; intense and textured with tightly wound tannins and a long savoury finish
