Production Details Hand picked and whole-bunch pressed; juice settled for about one hour, then racked to barrel for natural-yeast fermentation and malolactic fermentation. The wine was stirred intermittently until spring, gravity-racked in December, and bottled in March.
Tasting Notes Light-to-medium colour with a green edge; mineral, delicate and floral, with a tight structure, brioche, hazelnut and a briny finish.
